Short Summary
You’ll be a key part of the team making sure our software is rock-solid and ready to help Healthcare Professionals deliver better patient outcomes. From planning and running tests to spotting issues before they reach our users, you’ll help us keep quality front and centre.
If you’ve got strong RIS (Radiology Information System) knowledge, especially experience with our CRIS product, and the right traits for testing, we’d love to hear from you. We can help you build testing skills, but you’ll need to take ownership of your learning and progression.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Work closely with other testers, developers and product teams in an agile environment to plan and run tests.
- Design, write, and execute test cases across functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Spot issues early, report them clearly, and help the team fix them fast.
- Look for ways to improve how we test and raise the quality bar.
- Support and mentor Associate Testers when needed.
What experience do I need:
- RIS or radiology domain knowledge (CRIS experience is a big plus!).
- Experience in software testing and a strong grasp of the full test lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and reporting in agile teams.
- Ability to create different types of tests (functional, regression, performance).
- Clear communicator and team player with great attention to detail.
- Experience with Jira, Zephyr or similar agile / testing tools.
Nice to have:
- Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Any experience with automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
- ISTQB or other testing certifications.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL
