About the Role

In this role, you’ll lead our national onboarding and implementation function, responsible for delivering a high-volume SaaS implementation program across Australia.

This newly created role focuses on speed, scale, and simplicity - improving processes, reducing cycle times, and removing bottlenecks so customers can realise value faster, without compromising experience or quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a national implementations team

• Own implementation strategy, delivery performance, and continuous improvement

• Analyse workflows and cycle times to increase efficiency and throughput

• Drive standardised, repeatable implementation processes and documentation

• Partner with Product, CX, and Delivery teams to improve systems and tools

• Ensure clear customer communication, timelines, and expectations

About You

You’re a process-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and enjoys turning complexity into simple, scalable solutions.

You’ll bring:

• Experience leading service delivery, professional services, or operations teams

• Strong people leadership and change management capability

• Proven success delivering high-volume SaaS implementations or onboarding

• A data-driven mindset with experience improving cycle time and throughput

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
