About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the design, governance, and optimisation of our Salesforce platform. You’ll keep Salesforce secure, scalable, and trusted as it supports teams across Sales, Support, Professional Services, and Operations.
This role is true platform ownership — shaping architecture, lifting data quality and reporting, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver impactful, business‑aligned solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Platform Maintenance & Setup
Own Salesforce platform health, performance, and configuration across the organisation.
Define and maintain security models, permission structures, and data governance standards.
Own release and change management processes including sandbox strategy, testing, and deployment.
Advanced Configuration & Automation
Design and deliver complex solutions using best practice approaches and frameworks
Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery
Working closely as a partner with the Business Operations Manager, guide discovery sessions with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Data Quality, Reporting & Insight
Own data quality frameworks including validation, deduplication, monitoring, and remediation.
Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards supporting leadership decision‑making
Support forecasting, performance tracking, and compliance reporting.
Leadership & Enablement
Deliver training and enablement sessions to improve adoption and effective system usage
Maintain high‑quality technical and user documentation.
You’ll bring:
5+ years’ experience administering Salesforce in a complex or multi‑team environment.
Salesforce Certified Administrator; Advanced Administrator strongly preferred.
Deep experience across Service Cloud.
Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills
Demonstrated experience with driving AI enablement to achieve business outcomes
(Desirable)
Experience acting as system owner or sole Salesforce administrator.
Exposure to integrations, DevOps tooling, or Salesforce development teams.
Experience working in Agile or product delivery environments.
