Application Specialist
At Magentus, our goal is to create a healthier society through technology. We do that by delivering smart workflows that connect people, systems, and data - making care more intelligent, efficient, and accessible. Whether it's supporting clinicians, streamlining operations, or improving patient outcomes, we're here to make a real difference in healthcare through digital innovation.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact when clinicians, lab teams, or hospital IT hit a snag with our laboratory and healthcare systems - investigating, troubleshooting, and making sure the fix sticks. The Application Specialist engages with customers and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve service requests, ensuring timely resolution, clear documentation, and strong communication throughout.
On any given day, you might be replicating a defect reported by a hospital lab, walking a clinician through a workaround, or documenting requirements for the next release.
